Need Help-ek Upper Arm,lower Arm-

need help....my car front upper and lower arm start-makan tayar- coz the upper arm bengkok oledi and cannot fix...
 
change the upper arm, dont need to get those adjustable one that foreman will push, stick to the RM130-150 one, it doesn't look worthy because it only looks like a V or L shape metal..
