shawty 1.6 sirus turbo is a singgle cam turbo either cordia,tredi or someother old mitshubishi cars, i will suggest u put 1.6mirage turbo,mivec 1.6 or the Gsr 1.8turbo.

In PD there is a halfcut shop that sell parts of Export model iswara spore cars that been {POTONG OR SEMBELIH} & is cheap.I bought the iswara injection model fuel tank + Fuel pump there for 180 bucks.Mayb lord can find the suitable with da budget in this kdai SEMBELIH.......HAHAHAHA

Muahahah!!!!! Tgk pompuan mmg la stim... But I wanna use this car as daily use @ when balik kampung. No need turbo lor... In other hand, I'll drive with my 5 months old daughter la... So dangerous lo if use turbo. Afraid if I cannot handle the 'stim'!!!! Hahahahah.... Ikut ati, I'll go for the turbo. But, time changes bro... I just wanna a engine that can give me abit power ( not like climbing the Gua Tempurung Highway like great grandfather car! ), sedap2 mahhh... Fuel consumption also one of my point.... Now the fuel seems like to make me choking lor... Heheheh... Anyway, where is the kdai sembelih? Which part of PD?

wan is in Kg Arab

Not too old and just mod the back mounting abit ( told by my mech laaa... ). So, what do you guys think? one more, can I know, which adjustable and spring that suits my saga and not too expensive for me to buys? My absorber already king kong la.... Disc brake, any suggestion. Paint shop and interior shop? Lastly, suggestion in giving the 'vrooom' sound to my saga?

GO for 1.5 twincam cabburator so u can used back yr old cabburator or 12valve

cabburator + yr orient gearbox.Takut u pakai 1.5i tak puas hati rugi lahh,nanti

sapa yng susah bini & anak2 yng susah..Hehehe

yr enjin budget,interior

suspenssion & so on.Lagi senang kerja Bro.Have to spend wisely economy slow

About da spring if da sport spring is within yr budget,For rear 1 i suggest u used

the Nissan130y rear spring 60 below can get,is more stiffer than normal spring

for the disc take the mirage front or satria 1.6 will do(depend on what engine u

used mayb around 600 below(front only)...sudah lupalah lama tak beli ini Brg

kalau u tau mana2 kdai jual chat sahaja lagi save Cat+laker+sandpaper

everything cause u around 500below (metalik 2kpearl paint)non metalik murah

Ok ok will try to help you. the 1.5 UK spec engine you refer to izzit carburetor or EFi ? As far i know there are both carb and EFI version but carb UK spec is older version. Not a bad idea after all....

Suspention and spring can use back stock...NA ride no need adjustable la..but get gas filled absorber which stiffer.

Disc brake use 12v front and rear dump (get complete axle)

Wow...i think u might end up investing around RM6-8K to rebuilt the car ler...really worth ?? Think twice again. :Not_Impressed:

dude, if your car not going for rally or turbo or powerful engine + not going for big rim, rear disc all no need adjustable absorber la...trust me you will feel dizzy if too bump hehehe...

Good choice look for Iswara EFI engine. front brake you can look for complete Iswara one since the rotor (disc) is bigger compare to 8v Saga/Orient. Then rear one also look for Iswara one...bigger also and later when you adjust your drum brake no need to remove wheel again each time..

Iswara/Saga parts nowsdays getting higher and higher since getting rare and rare...if my guessing is correct now front brake one side is cost about RM150-200. Then rear complete axle + drum everything should be RM500-650 but dunno you can find it easily or not ler...

If you want rear disc then VR4 lor but need to mod and u won't able to use 13" rim since can't fit. ppl would recommend u use 15" then...all mod is money ler ...make the car back to stock ok oredi wan...hehehe

i driving orion 1.5 1987
but i've change to 491 doch carb last month
well..i spend 4000 for my mod..
gearbox..carburator...mounting..brake...powersteering.. etc etc...
as u know gearbox for orion is different..so u have to mod it to fit the new gear box..this is the worst point of orion saga..other than that putting in a 4g91 is reli not a prob if u found a good mech..

Bro this engine is old skool engine frm tredia or cordia body 1.6singgle cam turbo out of date already dis engine,just put in mirage turbo or gsr turbo inside much more new technology engine & not much modification on yr engine mounting....

half_lif3 wahh nice engine u put in,bro any new engine transplant need modication either on da engine or gearbox mounting,dnt worry it wont harm yr car.Now u have to prepare on strenghten yr chassis & 1 set of stiff absobers for yr super sonic saga...

im very impressed wit the amount of knowledge u guys have on engines and all.. so technical.. but im really interested because im planning to do up my saga too, modal 1987

it got stolen many years ago, found it back, and because of the on going court case, dad couldnt get a release order, couldnt get road tax, and the car has been lying around for almost 5 years untouched

body is still strong

but everything else is as good as nthing

gonna start from scratch to pimp it

mostly decided to go with stock, like breaks and absorbers, and all

but for fun sake, just wanted to make the car look very standard, presentable, yet a little fun (duwan so old lady style)

wanted to put in 14'' chrome rims, paint the car metalic black, change the front seats to some sporty looking seat, tint my windows, and add power steering.

like our fren here, i too wanted something abit more fun from the stock engine.. but duwan to spend too much.. iswara engine??

thought of asking my mech ( a typical chinese fellow, his work is a lil slow, but he does a fantastic job, for a respectable fee) if interested, his bengkel is in jln tandang, old town there..
