yesterday i help my friend to install a front ultra racing bar 2 point ...
after install my frend told me got sound .. when the road not nice can listen front n rear also got a sound like ( klok klok klok )
this car using HWL HI LOW Absorber ....
mileage just is 2Xk ++
suspension got so fast rosak ???
normaly is what problem ?

dude, check 2 things

1) absorber mounting
2) there is a black rubber washer between the mounting and HWL shocks, make sure the rubber is intact

Hope it helps..

try remove the front bar see if the culprit comes from it..

or so co-incidence the middle nut in the mounting is loose. no harm try to tighten it again. If that middle nut loose, the rubber washer i mentioned will not sit intact. that might explained the source of (klok Klok Klok)

usually rear would not make any sounds, the suspension components are lesser than front. I know the older version of HWL bush is not so good ( the black colour bush) will make some noise but later HWL redesign it to a yellow colour nylon bush. If your friend's one is with the new design, very fairly it will be fine. :)

I help he install the Hwl absorber don hv the yellow bush .... Black colour 1
Absorber mounting will so fast spoil ?

I think it has to do with improper installation of the bars. Either the mounting screw is loose or did not seat properly.

Erm .... Yesterday I drive the car and test ....
Result is when I tekan minyan / pick up , the Klak Klak klak will come out ...

Can you pinpoint exactly where the sound is coming from? From your description it might even be engine knocking.

My car has that exact 'klok klok' noise too whenever go over rough road. I thought it was the calipers initially but noise still exists after changing calipers.

Bro, if the noise comes out when u press the accelerator, then I am very sure what is happening. Go back to the shop where you bought that UR bar, ask them to check it and ask for a replacement. The bar you had installed is most probably for myvi 1.3.

Front strut for myvi 1.5 is taller, means there is a gap between the bar and the air filter box. Myvi 1.5 air filter box is larger and higher than 1.3. So when you accelerate, the engine actually jiggle. That's when the klok klok sound appear when the air filter box hits the bar.

Check the gap. If its less than 2cm, then it's a wrong bar. I know the label on the bar is Myvi 1.5, but mistakes happen and I'd seen this before. Hope it solves your problem.

if your car is the same as mine, it's the absorber mounting.

And good sharing cvkit!
