Looking for 4inch component speaker

Hi,

I'm driving a Myvi and looking to upgarde the sound system. I'm looking for a set of 4inch component speakers for the fronts as i dont want to cut the door for the kick panel. I've looked aroud and its quite hard to find a 4inch comp set. So far I've found BM comp set going for RM280. Is it any good? My budget is not more than RM500 for the comp.

Any recommendations? Price and location would be great too..

increase your budget and look for focal, hertz, dls, morel, dynaudio, etc. they all have 4inch comp set..

those brands would be too high-end 4 me. :mouth_closed: Am just looking to install a simple setup.
I have my old blaupunkt GTA 400 amp (4chnl) to power the 2 fronts and 2 rears. Am planing to use a mid bass for the rear - 6.5inch. Not planning to add any subs (at least for now)
Is it ok to use coaxials up front (2 way/3-way)?

its ok to use a coaxial for the front... but you lose the flexiblity of the tweeter installations... for me a 2-way coaxial would be enough...

yea ive replaced few myvis with alpine coaxials, only RM2++

low budget 4" comp set not sure can get la, u have to really shop around then..

since u already have an amp, i feel rugi a bit if u use it for coaxials only, comp set definitely better..
