hello guyz. im already using titan for 1 month already

it was really really great and performs well in my car. a lil bit harder and pretty comfort too.

but....

after 1 month i used it, recently, i found my tyre sangkut with fender when i doing 140kmh at cyberjaya road.

before this.. there is no sound/sangkut at all.. but lately.. if i drive more than 110kmh and drive in non smooth road.. mesti sangkut punya.

what is that? is it the damping are too soft or what?

thank you..

after i installed titan for 4weeks.. no sound at all.. even sound of sangkut also not happen.

just happen last 3 days.. like driving with a potong spring one.

the gap for front is 2 finger while at the back is 2 and half fingers.

tension...

serenum

pls come back and we'll check accordingly.
all new springs do settle after a while. a common figure is 10-15mm.

besides, you didnt mention if you've been carrying alot of things or ppl.. that also causes such things.

Also, correct rim offsets. If the offset makes the rim protude out of the body, i'm sure the tyre will scrape the fender/mud guard too.

do come and have your set rectified.

cheers

stanly bro, like u said correct rim offset. what is the best offset for wira?

thank you for your deeply attention.

im using 16inches rim with offset 40.

the offset are extremely fit with my car before titan and after titaned. no sangkut.. no need to ketuk body or fender.

im usually driving with 2 passenger and thank god that.. i can speed up to 180kmh all the way from ayer keroh to kl... titan really rocks and feels like im driving a continental car.

but this shyte happeen 2 days ago.. maybe the damping is too soft or etc etc.

anyway thank you stan.. i hope can settle this minor problem.

hmmm

okie
bring it back then.
i'll be happy to fix it for you ;)

update...

problem fixed already.. increase damping by insert more gas (dunno but something like that) to all absorbers.

hey... i got more comfort than before and less bumpy.

but.. seems like more oversteering. lack of grip at the rear tyres.

how to overcome oversteer aaa?

could be alignment..

try and think carefully.
WHEN does this over-steer happen?
in the rain?
dry?
mid corner?
straight??

cheers

it would.

but need more info to properly diagnose..
hmmm..

may i drive your car, serenum?

hello stanley.

it happened when i whacking a corner in dry roads. tested on roundabout somewhere in pj. the car tend to oversteer.

yeah.. sure, u can drive my car. ill call you if i free.

thank you stan.

you see

sometimes you do something (driving) and the car oversteers,
could be driver problem rather than alignment...

such as:
brake mid corner
left-foot brake in corner
'flick' car before corner..

etc..etc..

ok.. u may right if the driver (me) problem, but how come , my 2 friends tested my car and they also said.. the car oversteer too?

yeah.. maybe i should go for alignment first and see the outcome.

cheers

yea it then maybe driver prob too :P
similar driving style ?

yea pls check the alignment..
and i'll do the test drive..

hope you dont end up like him.
260kmh overtake a Evo

power man
