how to read 'oil pressure' gauge?

hi all...
my car 'build in' got oil pressure gauge (for engine oil)
it got mark from 0 to 6 kg/cm^3

anyone know how to read and what is usage of the gauge?

i only know if the reading drops to 0 means no oil or leakage

any other use??

yesterday the weather is hot and the reading drop to below 3 (normally
i saw is at 3 kg.cm3)
than when the car move it went up again
dono why like this one..


anyone got info to share? :)
