How to convert 02~05 Alphard to 05~08 facelift?

Hi everyone,

Firstly, i dunno if this thread ever published before, if so plis forgive me.....
Just need your otai advice
Anyone had done fully converted their older 'giant' to newer version?

I am planning to buy 2004 alphard and also converting it to 05~08 model which is same base ANH10W......

Parts which i noticed to replace (exterior conversion):
1. Headlamp
2. Tailgate
3. Front bumper
4. Fog lamp
5. 2nd small side mirror on passenger side
6. Rear bumper

Interior conversion:
1. Odometer display (blue color)
2. others??? - - did not noticed...

I am also curious that some ppl said that size of the headlamp is not same- - -therefore there is slightly mismatch........

Plis share your experience 'otai-otai' Alphard......
And sharing on how/where to make it.....

hye bro... if you want to convert alphard 02-05, you can go for NFL 06-07.. if 08, that one is the new model one.. if you convert to NFL, what u have to change is,
-front headlamp ( chrome or smoke type)
-rear taillamp with tailgate
-front bumper
-side skirt
-rear bumper
-small mirror at fender...

if interior, change the middle player casing, if 02-05 alphard wooden color is red, u change the to beige color, new set... the odometer, same, but if u want to change, change that have blue color... and have to find the same spec meter...

better get full set front n rear bodypart..
if not mistaken, the rear taillamp attached to the chassis need to ketuk abit due run abit from the original size..
for interior better maintain, coz too fuzzy to convert it as the wiring damn complicated..
