btw, just report it to the police. the police will den send the summon to him. once u find out which insurance company, sue 9 them... if got bodily injury can claim alot...

sorry for late reply.....my internet connection was really bad nowadays
my friend fractured his leg...two front teeth missing and quiet bad wound...the bike was not so bad though....lodge a police report on the same night...after the accident we search for any clue at the accident spot and found out that the myvi is using a SE bodykit cause we found the black thing that are on the bumper...

bro DANZ,after the car hit my friend...he heading towards Summit/USJ as told by the guy who help to chase the car...but he could not catch up and manage to gave us the plate number only....

Since now you've reported to the police , I think there's nothing much that you can do... But I've heard from sifus here saying that with the report, you can actually get the details of the vehicle owner from JPJ with a fee?

normally, ppl who run away from accident scene are normally becoz of tarak licence/road tax, not-the-owner of the car, drunk, carrying some illegal stuff inside, having illegal mod on the car, car/owner on the wanted list.

They know once the car is stopped by police, the driver and the car will be in trouble. This is why they would just run away.

Damn the myvi driver to hell. Irresponsible driver.
