hi guys, just wanna share my experience encountered. recently i went to for a TT with frens, when I was driving back home suddenly the car feels heavy and engine starts to missfire and sputtering, fuel smell strong..i drove slowly and reached home..WTF! at home I can see the fpr gauge showing 70 psi..immediately shut off the engine and figured out maybe the fpr jammed or diaphram koyak..i am using arospeed..already for four years i thought maybe it's time already..but thinking about the money needed to buy another fpr, decided to have a little check to confirm. what i did, remove the fpr outlet pipe going to return line and put in a big bottle to let fuel flow into it. I had my wife to help me to switch on ignition (without starting the engine) and my reading dropped to just 30psi. tried to adjust the adjusting screw and it response to the change. decided to put back the pipe into return and retest and the pressure shoot up to 70psi..so this confirmed the return line clogged..don't know where is the clog so need to replace whole line but it's a lot cheaper than a good fpr..:nurse::nurse:

so its confirmed that ur return line was clogged? do update once u have changed it..:) so we all can learn from ur experience..

yes it is confirmed the fuel return line was clogged. I'll take some pics of the clogged pipe if possible and pics of FPR running normal pressure.

I have already changed the clogged line, my FPR can be adjusted normally, now set at 40psi during ignition on, engine off. didn't try to start yet as my plugs fouled and need replacement. it should be lower during idle.
