dolly its 288WHP thats more then 100bhp from stock..... the wonders of what a magic box can do :P
 
walanneh.....superb setting i must say....somemore microtech......hmmm.....vr 240...small 16g.....then what if those kind of mods done to an evo3 engine....sure best......

Small 16G? You sure o not? ;) running on 3 cylinders only rite? Thn likely to be 380hp if all 4 cylinders are running la. :P

ECU does make a lot of difference ey, hmmm vteckiller, wif fuel pump in regards to mah car, after dyno, i had to retune n minus mah fuel setting as 2 rich, prob coz mah auto ECU for GSR, but den does changing fuel pump n having fuel regulator increase some hp wif SAFC from my previous dyno tuning? coz previously all internals were stock, n not much mod, but had evo1 turbo got onli 210++ at wheels lar, i kinda think still under performing... if u say wif ECU den i reckon will do get more HP, but wif fuel pump, injectors n regulator, does it realli help to increase a lil more n utilised da turbo more?

210++ whp thats really good already man i should be happy.... with fuel pump, injectors n regulator u can safely boost higher without worrying about starvation..

today i spotted a vr4 runing on dyno , doing 393hp @ 0.7 bar , mods : microtech , 550cc injectors , turbo tdo6 , wastegate , fuel pump , others are stock .

my VR4 is using my old Proton 1.6 fuel pump...it is ok? as i'm using it for 2 years on VR4....

oh btw, the

VR4 200hp , the intake manifold wording is CYCLONE right?
VR4 220hp , how it look like?
VR4 240hp , the wording is ECI MULTI

how about those with ECI MULTI but the Intake manifold look like those
on 4G61T or 4G67?

if u don't intend to upgrade performance or boost higher then u should still be able to use it. To be sure u can always go for dyno test. It will show whether there is enough fuel being supplied.

Not sure what is the difference btw 220 & 200 but from what I remember 240 uses 510cc injectors, TD05 twin fin, eci multi intake manifold & bigger intercooler among others.

Most VR4 200 & 220 would upgrade to ECI multi manifolds which has bogger intake and shorter route for better performance, so it can be any VR4 model that uses it or they may have upgraded from the original one.

1.6 pump ? best to get it change to the ori specs 100lph . evo 1 & gsr is runing on a 90lph so which means your 1.6 pump would be runing lower .

the 200 & 220 is using the cyclone turbo intercooler manifold , the difference between then is not the manifold , 220 has newer wirings , you can spot the difference by looking at the CAS , TPS , ISC & ECU . the runners for the cyclone is longer & it has 8 small runners in there which is good for low & mid torque . the eci multi manifold is just the same as the 4G67 & 4G61 , just that the vr4's runs on 60mm tb which means the only difference is the inlet manifold size . mirage runs on 54mm , so to use the mirage manifold u`ll need to bore the hole to 60mm before using it .
 
i c... thank you...currently running stock, boosting at 0.6bar....don have the intention to upgrade to bigger hp... :rolleyes:
