Do you like relatives working together with you?

well , do you like your relatives/or whoever close to you to work together in a same company?

what is your opinion about this? any experience to share?

because i find out that sometimes it is good to have relatives working with you as they can look after you , but sometimes i find it quite frustating in terms that i cant do anything wrong , anything wrong will be reported straightaway to my family , and i will get stab....

anyone have this experience and i would like to know how you all think?

What kind of mistakes first? If you didn't do anything bad to the company, there is nothing to be afraid of.

Boss sound at you if you did your work wrongly, it is normal regardless whether you are a freshman or oldbird.

Like as if your relatives never gone through this shit before.

No way man. Don't like the idea of my family being able to keep tabs on me. I'd much rather be independant. I've seen money come in the way of families before. My girlfriends father got screwed over by his own brother.

The answer is both good and bad. Good point is they take care of you and concern for you. Bad point is that u don't have privacy,they know everything u do. Then there is relative that don't like u too, too much of family politic is also consider bad n a bit mess up.:shades_smile:

I'm with my uncles (mom's brothers) in family business. So far no trouble at all and in fact they helped me a lot. Besides it's easier to discuss things with them or take leave from job.
