when we tint, it is said to reduce 99% of something and certain percentage of another ray.

i know its is UV and infrared...but may i know which is which...a bit confused

one more thing, after tinting the car, is it safe to put things such as teddy bears or tissue box on the dashboard of the car? or will it fade?

well...i think the colour fading on tissue box n teddy bears will still happens.....

i tell u what.......anything and everything no need to bother it

just concern the % HEAT REJECTION only

it will still happened... few years ago... my car with v-kool tinted film... everyday park under the sun... my tissue box colour also fade...

doink... if dark interior means dam dangerous wor... hehehe...

btw since this topic about tinting.......

i got Air Cool RM150 discount when u bought RM700

the RM700 is platinum

all windows 88% heat rejection
front wind screen 95% heat rejection

who want the voucher i sell RM50.......u still save RM100

the voucher until 15 June 2006 only....

lol mine 95% only

frankly speaking here.....got tinted and without tinted really got hell a different man

got tinted under hot sun....aircond still running pretty good....inside the car cold

without tinted.....my friend car i sit b4.....aircond max.....sweating in the car.....
cause the air blow out is like just fan only......no cold air

heat kill all the coldness.

hey guys when they say % of heat reduce / rejection do u really believe?? let say 50% heat reduce / rejection....does it really works?? as so many brand claim heat heat reduce / rejection...!!!

actually to believe it, you have to test it by yourself. you'll be surprise there's huge different TSER between 52% heat rejection and 60% heat rejection.

bottom line, it depend on your budget. the higher you pay, the better it is. the spec is just not accurate in my opinion. Avoid REFLECTIVE film like silver/gold at all cost. It contain metal particles and the film will either fade, rust and cause ugly look over time.
