i have encounter this annoying problem for my 323 b6t engine. the car start intermittent and most of the time it won't start...it seem when the engine warm it easily to start..for examples i drive to shop and does shopping after 1 hour the car easily can start..but in the morning it won't start at all..i have visited 3 workshop..1st shop said ignition coil (replaced), 2nd shop ignition coil (replaced), 3rd shop main relay(replaced)
The car crank but won't start
What i have replace..
1.Ignition Coil x3
2.Main Relay
3.Few relay near my Air intake x4 of it
What i have known when trouble shooting my car..
1. some time got fuel coming in sometime no fuel coming in
2. No spark at all in plug>Distributer>Coil...got electric supply in coil
3. Not doing compression test..cost the car sometime can start
Few thing i would like to know (please help me base on this)
1. What is the cause of supply coming in to ignition coil (i use test light) but spark not generated (voltage below 12 volt?)
2. When no spark detected, ecu send signal and the fuel pump won't pumping the gas. Is it true?
3. When fuel not detected the ecu send signal and blocking coil from generating spark. Is it true?
4. Is it my distributer damaged..(but sometimes i can start and spark not detected at the coil)
5. It is my wiring issue right?
6. My air flow kong already? (it won't resulting spark and fuel block to my engine rite?)
