Can't Play Splinter Cell: Pandora Tomorrow?

I can't play this game because it just automatically closes and flips out into window while the game appears to be loading. I have done all the cracks correctly as otherwise I would not get it to load.

Anyone have any idea what I should do?

I think it may be my Gforce 4 MX graphic card which could be incompatible with the requirement of this particular game. The game system checker says no pixel shader support. The readme file also mentions Nvidia's Gforce4 Mx and another are not supported. The cover on the game does not say what kind of graphic card it supports or does not support.

What is the best graphic card available in the market now which is accepted by all PC games?
