Can't Find Original APEXi Power Intake

Few years back, APEXI Power Intake was a very common filter, and shops like N1 all had original ones for sale...fast forward to today, I scoured the entire Sunway and nobody has stock of it, and the ones who had, were selling fakes only.

Sigh, pretty sad. I'm willing to pay the RM2xx price for the original, but now, got money also can't find.

Anybody know where to find one? Specifically the 500-A024 size, smaller one.

Case of too many knockoffs kills the original one.
But what happens to your previous one? I thought such filter is like lifetime use, just need to clean them up, no?

That one claims to be 100% original and the shop is in Sunway. No harm to check it out if really keen. Ixeo has the original anyway to use as comparison.

Ah no luck then. He cannot special order new one for you?
Maybe have to change to another brand then but not sure also which one. Maybe try looking for M7? I've seen some ads before selling this claiming to be also made in Japan, also seems similar material but again not sure if the cone design has that dual funnel type.

Buy original straight from dealers.
Try buy from Apexi dealers around Asia.
Best if Singapore have it. Price in invoices also pandai pandai. Shhhh.....
But the currency is killing....

APEXi is a good performance filter. Very long time ago I read comparison of APEXi and other very popular aftermarket filters like HKS, K&N, Blitz, etc2. This APEXi came out on top with the best filtering (practically as good as original filter) and yet provide the most power increase too! Came second was the K&N with about similar power increase but a bit more dirty especially due to the oil used, while the rest were rubbish due to poor filtering! But maybe now already got copied by other filters or those rubbish ones already improved, not sure.

These days runners are ridiculous. Price of half cut is 2/3 of new. No thanks.

Its the best filter in terms of filtration (I have proof of this in my own car). I believe performance as well. Don't get started on HKS.

Second thing, the fitment. the specific model, 500-A24 is small enough to fit.
