now i want to change my engine to 1.6..
how to i get the pass from puspakom and jpj?

coz let them communicate with puspakom or jpj are better ...

1.3 to a normal 1.6 engine shouldn't be too much of a hassle if done correctly.
not sure if its a conversion to a MIVEC engine.

But like wat Fluffy and HealingBox suggested, use a runner, they know who to talk to.
