Campro CPS - Pinging Issue

Guys,

Driving a Waja CPS. Notice lately that the engine is pinging when engine is around 1.6-1.9k RPM . Pinging issue is more pronounced when using Petro*/BH* petrol, less with Ess*/Mob*.

Went to a number of PESC, tried changing timing settings to IGN2 (Different timing map ? The mech. has no idea....), but problem still persist.

In the process of escalating my case thru I-Care.

Any Campro sifus have encounter such an issue before ?

Will a faulty knock sensor result in an error code ? (check engine light on)

Yes a faulty knock sensor will result in an engine light on.

i believe it will disable d engine 2 start 2.
