Ok, i don't know much about shoplot.

What is the cheapest shoplot market price (downstairs)? RM x00, 000.00 Only interested with downstairs, the only thing I know is, downstairs shoplot is more expensive.

What is the maximum years loan? same as buying a house ar? 25 years or lesser?

if shopping complex lot, 1.8k - 2.2k per sqft

if shophouses, 200+ - 1k+ per sqft
