yup, toyota owns scion..
exactly like wat reedoor said, like lexus, toyota used the lexus name for the luxury market..
scion is for the compact car market in the states..

i think its a 429 mustang. The filler cap located between the lights is one of the indication for this model .

Anyway, the rear lights already being modified.
