Yup, can really saw and breath the different between city and village.. Cat.con is more expansive for some country like U.S require emission smog test for all the cars that get into California.. 1 of my friend working there he told me those workshop collect any used cat.con for the reward of 200USD, meanwhile that day asked new cat.con in malaysia is rm350-650 depends on the flow rate..
