mp3 is music file and avi is audio file. I am wondering also how to convert a music file to video file ;)

goto any cd shop.
there is one cd with brown cover.
its call CONVERTER TOOLS.
its got converters for almost all filetypes you'll need ;)

g88: Bro i think mp3 is a audio format files and avi is a video files hatuses mp3 format for audio... Also why would you want to convert audio to video. The size would be bigger. there no way of doing it. Audio no picture how to convert to format that have picture... Juz my 2 cent But you can do the other way aroung Video to audio using programm like soundforge.
