AP Question - Kuching

I am actually hunting for an import car. Few of the car dealer said their AP is local AP and few of them claim theirs AP Kuching.

Since I am in KL, will there be any problem if I buy car using Kuching AP. The price of car by this dealer is 5-8k cheaper...

there will no problem by using the AP from Kuching as alot of grey importer come over to Kuching to get thier stocks and send it over to KL.

what is so special about ap from kuching??? or is it that folks from kuching has less restriction to import cars to malaysia??

nothing special about them, maybe nowdays very dificult to get AP from KL, the dealer look for AP from Kucing.

The car price using this AP normally cheaper than local AP.

heard about it also. it seems that cars imported to kuching are sold at lower price than kl.... that's why asking how that could be done. is it that kl importers are too greedy and want to make fast buck

got a few friends that buy their car from kuching and ship them back to kl. can save 10-15k

halo, i'm also bought a car from sarawak AP so not to worry. Not a problem at all. Sarawak ap cars are really cheaper. to be honest with u all, most of the reconditional cars are from sarawak ap.
