This is a known problem with Myvi. Go claim your disc from them. Even if you claim before or warranty period expired they will entertain you. Perodua is getting back at their supplier for faulty discs. Thats what my friend found out from Section 14 branch. I would suggest you give them a call before you go or you may blame me if I was wrong.
For me, I bought a Okada disc and all problem is gone.
