Adjustable cam gear = car vibrate?

Hi guys, i need help here. Well, lately i installed two Arospeed adjustable cam gears. But after they are installed, the car seems to be vibrating more than last time before i install the gears & air from the exhaust seems not coming out smoothly. Is this normal? Btw, im driving satria gti. Help me.. my car is like a boat..

Aiyooo .... car feels like it got cams rite? Get the cam pulley adjusted properly. I think that it might be overly retarded.

did u set the cam gear degree >3° advance/retard? Even tho at 0°.. when install it's slightly 1° advance. U may want to check your engine mounting too for the engine shake.

BTW, is there any shop with appropriate tools to tune the cam gears on a dyno?
