- hose samco
- simota twister
- vafc2 and rsm

and a lot more...:idea::idea::idea:

Nice... wanna see more.

Bro, where and how much your friend bought the DC Header?

Any internal upgrades?

Thanks bro...
That extractor cos me around 2k.
I just modi origanal piston.
For cam plan to use jun stage 3 with supertech valve spring and retainer.
Cam pulley use skunk2 taken from my h22a.

Wow... where you bought the header?

Looking like its gonna be a good build.
What you mean by mod the piston?
Still learning here.

Piston send to engineering custom it looking like cp piston...
Not enough money to buy original...hehehe

Oic. You mod the piston meaning you increase the compression?

Will there be any negaive effects for doing that?

Thanks bro...

bro, r u sure got jun stage 3 for h series..? for h series only have 1 type

Bro I also already check it with my friend because buy the cam with him.is it true that jun only produce
Stage 1 only for h series?
Can u share here the spec for jun cam for h22a detail including the loop and so on based on japan manufactured..
I would really appreciate it...

Bro ddv_nk12
Yes the piston i increase the compression.
So far because of using oem piston with proper engineering i have no problem with that kind of modification.
My car use the same method and i use it for 3 years already.
Difference only mine use euro r piston(red cover) and the one that i show here use standard piston(black cover)...

JUN AUTO - JUN HIGH LIFT CAMSHAFTS and Kit - HONDA H22A

Camshaft for h series just have one type only. If u have JUN shaft with u, try to find cam marking at both distributor key. u may see wording like h011 (intake shaft) & h111 (exhaust shaft). The engrave wording are normal for JUN camshaft.. btw how much u pay for that camshaft? hope can share ur dyno result when ur project done.. :)

I think if you check the Jun spec, it is definitely not 'hello kitty' (stage1) the lift is higher then the recommended 272, IIRC its like 288 hence should be stage 3.

Would like to know the result and idling and whether the RSM is enuf to tame it

what he really need is hi comp piston to match with JUN camshaft.. my advise, better do compression test first before decide to use hi cam..

Bro antuquboq...
Thanks with the link you share here...
Sorry if i mistake u mention about type or stage?:-) is it same?hehe
What you mean that i need to match it with high compression piston?
Can u explain it...is it wrong with the piston that i choose?:-)
After i tuned it hopefully i can dyno and share here the result...

bro lopi, this is good article for h22a upgrade.. maybe we can learn something from this upgrade..

http://www.hondatuningmagazine.com/tech/htup_0604_h22_pistons_cams/index.html

hope can share ur dyno result here. fyi i also own h22a but from euro r body. stock engine with just minor mod like 421 extractor, doghouse air ram, gruppe m filter with heat shield, ngk plug cable, 2.3' pipe with spoon n1 muffler and done tuning with e-manage. managed to get 206whp..

bro antuquboq...

Thanks again with the link
That article i already read before this.
This project for my friends h22a in sm4 body...
We try to use h22a from bb4 body as our based, try to not change the intake appearance and the engine itself..

We also upgrade and focus more to head above only and some minor counter for piston and others...
Piston we maintain oem that have 10:1 compression and send to the engineering to tapper the valve area for clearance and mod like cp piston meaning that we cut some of the bottom piston...

Like you antuquboq you have 11:1 compression piston same as mine...
good for this kind of upgrade...:)
