Corona Gathering in Genting ? Wah, sounds like a good idea but can we get a date where everyone's free ? I think that's the main obstacle in gatherings coz not everyone's free on the same day. If we could make it happen, that'll be very interesting

It's not about being worthy or not. It's good to know the stock Hp before you do any mods. At least you'd know if you've made any improvements or not, right ?

Doesn't sound too serious to me. Leaks are usually caused by worn oil seals/O-rings only, I think. A replacement should solve the problem.

VVT solenoid should be aplenty in chop shops should be in the region of couple of hundred bucks but no idea how much new ones would cost.

You can order thru UMW Toyota but you'll have to provide them with the chasis code & engine numbers from your halfcut. You can't just walk in & tell them I want the SVT's VVT solenoid & be prepared for the price, Naz.

The last time I order some parts from them some years ago, for those parts that are not available offhand, the price is : list price + 25%.

Just sharing. When I quote 12x ps on wheel, it was for a manual trans. If auto like mine, I only got 112 ps on wheel for a stock set up.
