Hi there & welcome, bro.

If you want a direct fit; meaning plug & play; it'll be the rear disc brakes from the AE82 but it's difficult to find these days. You can use back your original absorbers from the ST150.

For 2nd choice, you can use the ones from AE92. It'll also fit but you'll have to use the rear absorbers from the AE92/101/111 as well coz the the original rear absorbers from the ST150 will not fit the AE92 knuckles.

Finally, the AE101/111's calipers & discs can used but the knuckles will not fit the ST150. So if you want to use the disc brakes from the AE101/111, you'll have to use the AE92 rear disc brake knuckles to mate with the AE101/111's calipers & discs. You'll still have to use the absorbers from the AE92/101/111 for this application.

Some modded the AE101/111 knuckles to fit the ST150 by welding. I seriously don't recommend this method.
