we got an accounting principle call "ladies's reducing balance" . Ladies will estimate to start a 10% annual depreciation at the age of 20. it will compound to 100% at the age of 30 normally.Ofcourse there are factors which can add value to the residue value and reduce the depreciation rate. It's just like a hill shape of graph, at 1st the graph going up ( hot ) at age of 20, then become (hotter) coz getting adult edi, then (hottest) at the peak which also call golden age of a model when come to age of around 23-27.... Then, going down ( a slope ) become normal edi. Finally get married, then just like the juliana....haha..... But also depends on how julie going to maintain her slim figure lar....... prodigy, i don't think it's the strategy, Mutiara Motor is rich and famous, especially at Johor, you will not miss the round sales office + showroom building on your way to singapore.

i don't think they need to utilise the owner's daughter-in-law to make public joke and gain publicity.

just my 2 cents.

For a BS(pun intended) guy like u, i would never hav thought u would notice that showroom (i was actually referring to evyone)
