Adding additional valve??

Can we add an additional valve to the engine??
what will be the result???
i would like to noe if this can be done to a single cam engine???

of course la can... my uncle u noe drives a 1.6 toyota then he add some cams and wallah... pegii mcm 1.8 wa cakap lu!!! hahaha.... joking bro...

the answer is no, cannot.. or else people would have went 4 cyclinder, 24valves long time ago.

maybe he meant, air valves..like those air injectors? i dunno..heh
