Help needed on my B20B !!!

I just bought a B20B engine half-cut, supposedly built by Feel's.
After re-building the engine and dyno tune, the result came out to be 190 HP at 7K RPM - 20 KG of torque. The dyno graph doesn't seems right. After VTEC engage the power band seems to drop a little.
My power topped at 190 HP @ 7K RPM and the power band drop after that. Along the way, it seems struggling to go up. The entire graph seems sluggish.

Here are my specs:

Head
-----
Type-R with port and polish by Feel's supposedly.
B16B Type-R cams, valve springs & retainer.
Feel's cam pulley.
ARP bolts.
NRG plug cable.
Iriway spark plugs.

Block
-----
B20B with block guard from Feel's supposedly.
CP Pistons 84.5 mm.
Balanced crank.
Standard con rod.
Standard casket (reduce one layer).

Others
-------
Type-R in-take manifold (ported)with Super 90 70 mm throttle body.
F22C injectors.
Standard fuel rail.
Feel's 4-2-1 extractor.
Straight flow centre piping 2.5 inches.
Sard MIG muffler.
Feel's ECU.
E-Manage.
Simota air filter with guppy air ram.

I am planning to change my air filter to K&N.
I am planning to upgrade my cams, valve springs and retainer to either BC or Juns.
Will this two help improve my engine's performance ??
I donno what I am gonna will help or not, still trouble shooting.
Hope to get some valuable comments to improve my ride. Thanks guys.

Swap ECU and get a retune.

Before u change cams.....
1. During dyno air fuel ratio at wat value?
2. Hv you set you type r cams?
Might need to do some adjustment
To push the power band up to 8k+

typeR cams should be making power until near 9k..but different engine have different engine characteristic bro...cams will surely makes power ...but i wuld suggest u get a 4-1 header such as b18cr header or mugen type...last time i use 4-2-1 with skunk2 pro3 cams oso give less then 200whp..but after change it to 4-1 it gives a good high rev...
u can try by change the header first...butneed retune ur mapping coz the flow of exhaust diffrent d..u will feel some jerk near the vtec engage point but tat is all okie geh..coz need remap..
