Hi guys,

I believe that B series engine always have Coil problem. I heard to prevent it is to install the MSD Coil. Anyone try this product before? If yes, can share your experience with me?

1. Heard there is replica MSD product in the market. As my friend bought the MSD coil set around RM900. But now can see alot people is selling it RM600 per set only. Is it true?

2. Normally how much would it be the whole set of MSD coil plus installation?

exactly... get rid of the distributor completely with coil on plug conversion....so no more problems :D

coil on plug is like the K series.... or even kelisa/kenari....no distributor, no plug cables.. direct coil on the plugs

but this will depend on wat management ur using... standalone like haltech, motec etc can do no problem... piggyback as far as i know....cannot

hondata S300 can support COP...but u need the hondata Coil Pack Retrofit (CPR) @ USD395 if not mistaken.......and that oso still not inclusive of the coils...

but with the hondata CPR, u still need the distributor as hondata needs it for timing signals...you still keep the distributor, but you dont need the coil, ignitor, rotor, or plug wires obviously..

more info on Hondata CPR HERE

Dear all,

I just thought or modifying my rear drums to disc. I am trying to do it at the least possible cost and I thought of some options. Please advise or share some experience on whether the options that I thought about will work or not. By the way, I drove a Corolla AE111.

Option 1: But a pair or front disc brake from levin BZR/BZG and fix it to the front of my car. Transplant my original front disc brakes to the rear. Can the front brakes fit into the back? This is what I want to...
