Hey guys!!
Saya baru lagi dalam dunia modifikasi enjin ni..sy menggunakan enjin 1.6 sohc (4G92P) pada satria saya.
sy ingin menambah HP pada kereta sy patutkah sy BOT kan atau stick pada N/A

Mintak pandangan utk N/A nak masuk barang apa bagi cun + HP..
Mintak pandangan utk BOT nak masuk barang apa..

budget utk engine upgrade RM5000: :confused:confused:

i think yr budget isnt enough to make 180hp NA.

better BOT then.

i noticed dat 180+ is too high n much HP..but i more prefer N/A...can easily go 200kmH should be ok...but what should i set in?any suggestions?

owh...but if i wanted to stick on SOHC shoud i upgrade the cam , distributor , air intake , bigger throttle body , injectors or etc? ECU also change rite?
any recipe sifu?
btw thx for the link.. i look forward if i dont wat to use SOHC any more...:biggrin:

and how much its cost too...

charging it will give u better torque and power,better fuel economy,and will be cheaper den forcing a 93 to churn out 200hp,iam just saying..

SOHC not meant for mod. Keep as NA. If want upgrade to DOHC

1- tukar sistem exzos
2-lighten flywheel(skim)
3-rebore(82mm/83mm)
4-high compression piston
5-bigger injector(240/270)
6-bigger tb(60mm)
7-head port&polish
8-tuning(rechip/remap/emanage)

sye pon pkai 4g92p tp xda mod byk sgt pon..bru overhaul, 82mm piston, flywheel skim sikit, skim head, exzos sistem..
dri auto tukar manual
kalo total kn sume duit yg abis, blh angkut halcut mivec doh sbnr nye..tp yg pntg kepuasan dan menimba ilmu :)

saya ada buat list sikit..but xtau la padan ke x..antara barang saya nak masuk adalah :
1: High profile cam shaft 280 maybe (include cam pulley/crank pulley pon tukar skali)
2: Intake manifold (skunk 2 kalau boleh masuk)
3: Injector for sure
4: Fuel Rail
5: Clutch kit (super single maybe)
6: Tb ape brand yg sesuai?
7: Port Polish head (but xtau nk hantar mana area JB/P.gudang)
8: Ekzos sistem (4-2-1 or 4-1)
9: ECU (pakai apa bagus?)

yeah mmg kena fikir semula ikut keperluan mode. sy pakai cam 272 mmg bnyk membantu la dlm increase hp tp kena sacrifice fuel consumption sket.
bro rebore piston pkai model sama gak @ performance? costing? sbb belum tergerak nak tuka block 1.8 lg hehehe

Hi guys, just wanna ask some advice. I'm now running a Gsr 4G93T engine on my satria. Pretty standard, just custom metal intercooler hoses with an evo 3 intercooler. Still using TD04, with standard injectors. Is it safe to boost up to 1-1.5bar?? currently boost is at 0.7. Any feedback is very much appreciated, thanx!
