depends on how much u willing to side invest......ya aftermarket ecu is possible to produce more heat n power for your IC to utilize more.....erm but usually ppl get IC to counter aftermarket ecu tunning probs :)
dun worry la.....if u intent on installing type r try la.....shouldnt be too much harm....stock ecu with aftermarket ecu...maybe not dat bad after all.......
i aso thinking of installing....1 version lower than yours....type S only la :P

If I change the upper piping to those HKS piping for stock intercooler, and on later date change the intercooler itself to ARC one, will the piping fit the ARC intercooler?
