Yup,they do a lot of AE85/86..The shop mech is my long time friend since i 'played' toyota years ago,now i'm doing custom conversion wiring job and tuning with them,they take care on the mechanicals..

Fast? I'm searching for trustworthy fast mech for simple service that has 'New' spare parts in stock on 4A .. regular mech overwhelm with service work most of the times, sigh ..

y not u try Garage Daz.....i wanted him to service my car..but the pomen said he seldom work on v6 engines....if 4 pistons can la.....many toyota owner goes to him...

For simple service,they are quite fast,now Garage DAZ is looking for assistant because many car come in.I will send my KE70 there for restoration some time this week.For spare parts,they are attached with a spare part shop which is only 5 minutes away from their workshop,so parts supply is not much of a problem.

Now still with my scooby,i have my old trusty KE70,will send to Garage DAZ this week to strip,repair body,repaint and overhaul engine...

Yup,DAZ work mostly on toyota,although they do mitsu and honda,but 80% the car is toyota..

Nope,right now they dont have diagnosis tools,however they can diagnose through the toyota diagnosis connector and tell you what is the trouble code(for OBD1 car only)

Nope,they dont mind,i always bring my own parts there,and since i like to DIY,i only borrow their jack and tools and get job done myself,but for big job then i ask their help..sms me when u feel like to go there

I'll be doing most of the restoration work,so i don't know how much they will charge me.Body work will be send to other shop,i will let you guys know how much they charge for bodywork and paint.

Overhaul and wiring will be done by me.Others by body shop and Garage Daz.

Not yet go to the shop,need to see their handwork before decide,i dont mide paying extra if the job is better

This evening my BT was emitting some screeching noises from the engine around the pulley area like "eek eek eek eek". I wonder whats that about. Timing belt was replaced during transplant last december. Could it be the accesory belt? I may need to pay garage daz a visit real soon.
