i dun think the nut came from the interior, the one you shown in the photo looks alike a heavy duty/anti vibration nut..maybe from your front lip
i checked already...yeah...it's exactly the type of nut from the exhaust manifold but all of the nuts are still intact...i wonder where it is from......anyway thanks bro hattech-v, that's very helpful of you...
