After looking around the internet trying to see suspension upgrade for our RWD with 4 link and panhard rod, i found this ( watts linkage ) which is used on a lot of car with rear 4 link like Mustang . Our car, AE86 , the panhard rod will push the axle toward right side when the rear of the car go down during high rpm launching, when the road surface suddenly lower/ not even ( absorber contract), this pushing to right side will made the car to be unstable. The normal way to solve this problem will be to set your rear suspension a bit hard to stop the car rear to go down thus stop the pushing of the axles to right side by the panhard rod

Watt's linkages are great because of the lack of deflection of the diff as it goes up and down, but it has 2 problems:

1) size and weight
2) it can limit suspension travel if not designed well

Panhard rods are good because they are light and simple and generally don't limit the suspension travel much, if at all. They do deflect the diff, but it only becomes an issue if you have a fair bit of suspension travel (or if it's designed badly). On an AE86, if it's going to be set up for trackwork you'll generally not have all that much suspension travel anyway (maybe 3" total? 2" bump, 1" rebound, something like that?), so deflection should be rather minimal. More a problem with leaf spring cars because leaf springs don't like travelling sideways...

No lah, joking ....... like demuire said - it's too heavy .....

but hor - can psycho your oponent in race track wor :)
