Hello, i'm planning to convert my E30 320i to the M20 2.5litre engine from the 325i. Idealy i would want to buy a half-cut that includes the rear-axle, but as it is the stock axle comes with an open differential. I'm not settling for an open diff, so what's the best way for me to do this? Do i just get the standard rear-axle and then buy the LSD separately? Or should i just leave out the rear-axle from the half-cut and buy a rear-axle that comes with an LSD already fit onto it?

Which models do the 3.73 / 4.10 LSD come from anyway? And where, where oh where can i find one? If anyone can tell me straight where to get it and for how much, it would be greatly appreciated - with or without an axle attatched to it. Don't tell me Johor or Penang though, i live in KL.

Another thing is that apparently there is a different gearbox used for some version of the E30 3.25i's later model. It's described to be a very 'industrial' gearbox, a bit rough slotting while changing gears but solid and tough. Can anyone confirm this?

Oh, and is it possible to change my front arms to get more angle while drifting? If such parts don't exist, is it possible to manufacter something like that locally?
