Turbo Whistle ~

Just remove the whole air-filter/hose unit and fit a metal mesh on the turbo outlet.....

The engine respond far better but the only thing that annoy me is once above 3000Rpm when the turbo start to spool up,the whistle came just like a jet engine....the higher the revs the louder/high pitch that the whistle get ~

It is annoying when u want to drive slow around town =S

Any recommendation except putting back the original filter box as it is very restrictive.....does open pod help to reduce the Whistle?

from my view, it seemed that you are not running a ported shroud housing to cause u whistle sound, the whistle sound most probably is bent fin , fin touching housing , crack on compressor housing.

Btw,what is Ported Shroud Housing?

Any picture to show that?

If the fin bent/touching the housing will it effect the boost pressure?,because the boost pressure still runs great....and i use my finger to try moving the fins between up,down,left,right and the fins doesn't even move a little,just stay hard there ~ so i think it's not that problem =S
