drawthru diff frm blow thru, in terms of idle (since turbo mounted on intake side of turbo what).
carbon seal prevent frm lube oil sucked frm turbo during idle.

so if u got hold into any affordable carbon-seal pls let me know....i want to overhaul my IHI-RHB31 for my next project.....
