Turbo Actuator

Is that what i am having now?

I can retain boost to only 0.8 bar, no matter how i adjust my manual boost controller, maximum at 0.8 bar. Other than that, i feel that turbine spools up not as fast as before. Might it be the gate stucked open? :hmmmm:

Thank you so much for replies made.

There could be a number of possibilities.

1) Diaphragm leaking

2) Spring weeken

3) Turbo problem. Couldn't generate the sufficient boost

4) Boost controller problem

5) Last but not least, boost gauge rosak

I like the; 5) Last but not least, boost gauge rosak

Guess that i have to check one by one from the simplest... The boost gauge and controller...:hmmmm:

There is no point of checking the boost meter. If the boost are the bleed type manual boost controller, there is either 2 possibilities.

1) the air bleed loobang jam and cannot bleed air-but it'll only maintain the stock boost.
2) the air bleed loobang can't close properly, normally happens to tulang ikan- U'll experience spiking boost. Not under boost.

IF actuator, can simply put in a new actuator and try.

IF boost meter spoil 9 7 jor, maybe reading got problem. Pinjam kawan's and try. *Could also be the solenoid/sensor problem. (* Only applicable on electronic boost meter)

Mind sharing what turbo u using..? and on what car..?

most probably faulty, cannot maintain boost etc... common thing after using actuator for long time....

BUY A wastegate! :)

About Zapp wastegate I can't comment much.. never used it nor know anybody using it....
What I do know is many ppl including myself using Tial... You won't go wrong there...

yaa i agree..TIAL is a good one also durable.

Thank you very much for the information and advice bro...

I am using Mazda B8 with VF10, quite hard to find after market parts.

Further more, i migrated to northern side where i am so damn green here. I can't even find a strong spare parts shop to rely on... Don't have any mechanic support yet...:hmmmm:
