This is just one innocent, without prejudice, opinion, and i believe Tom will be fair and not simply delete/move ppl threads without valid reason. Only bcoz of this small matter, u simply ask ppl to open their own forum. Since u know Tom personally, try to ask him, is it easy to create a forum? Come on, 'brader'.. Don't create a riot here..

Hmm.. i clearly stated at the begining of my posting i m not complaining. Or whining. It is just what i think, and would like to see what u all will say. And i also not targetting anybody, including jannah. Personally, i have no problem wit him. I've also done few successful transaction through this forum - bought stuffs from other members, even we've never see/meet each other before. I know u all are grown-ups. So act like one. And, being in da forum long doesn't mean u can always be right. Maybe u r long enough in this forum and acting like an oldies..

Well I think the reason Tom deleted all the for sale thread is pretty clear, post in the appropriate forum and that's why the marketplace is created. Another thing is, he owns this board so he can do whatever he wants.... :lol:

Seriously, I think Tom should execise the practice that only member who accumulates atleast 100 post can do posting in marketplace to avoid fraud and ease out the overcrowded forum there.

i dun think that just because tom owns this board he simply kick/ban people ler...to be fair...ive checked the other car forum....some of them do sell stuffs inside...but only a couple...and i also head that some people did complain about honda forum becoming a sales thread...

and i agree...and i think by implementing the minimum postings...we can reduce the numbers of new member who are selling stolen goods here...

Kinda agree but to get fair the moderators in each forum should do the same justice, not only just Honda.

Agree with you e-jump, so can seller please post a word 'HONDA' + a model name perhaps .. 'ACCORD,INTEGRA,CIVIC...ETC'. This can hell you guys sell the item faster. Potential buyers (at least us) can then search The Marketplace with keywords... 'Honda' ets. So Please help each other. TQ.

hikaru : agree...there's always this flag button on the top right hand side of every posting...Report Bad Post...seriously...i overheard that ppl from other section was so annoyed they reported to admin on hondas....if you feel unfair...you can always report them back... :)

and seriously...ive seen some improvement...even though there's still ppl who failed to understand common english and continue on with the debauchery....but it had improve....now the honda section is not cluttered...noobs can start ask legitimate questions and a proper debate can continue...amin

In my opinion, here're some rules that control the overflooded market place:

1. Only user who has accumulates a certain minimum postings (say 30 or 50) can post in marketplace.
2. Any sales threads other than marketplace should be deleted instantly.
3. Every and any posting in market place should state the following:

3a. Item and description of condition
3b. Pictures of the actual item
3c. Contact info such as email or phone no.​

4. The thread of the Violator of the above mentioned will be deleted instantly.
5. Violator should be banned for 7 days from using the board.
