Sigh... been calling the stupid 1-300-88-9515 for 2 days now... stupid morons in Activation Dept never pick up the phone... always ended up in voice mail. Had to call Sales or Technical Support to help out. WTF with these people? And it is not like Terrorkom is a small chinaman company either. They should have many support staff answering the phones! Here is my story... I'll called the above number to arrange for appointment to install Streamyx in my office last Friday. They called and confirmed the appointment for Monday, 10AM. I arrived at my office 9AM sharp and waited for the moron. When he didn't show up, I called the handphone (given by Terrorkom). Strangely enough, no one picked up the call and despite calling many times... still no one. Frustrated. What kind of moronic company is this? Promise but never deliver. Myself being a Streamyx reseller also damn 'pai sei' to sell this service to friends. Just before I left my office, I called the 1-300 number again and this time really blowing my steam... I later told the tech fella that he better look for another contractor because he or she may have died / killed or missing in action since never response to calls. Now is Day 3, I will keep on calling until they show up. If not, I will march all the way to TMnet HQ in Kelana Park View to collect my modem and activate the service myself. If they insist of charging, I will take this matter to The Malay Mail and The Star and post everything online on every forums. So sick of Terrorkom... this LKY better do something about it. If not, just open the god damn market to foreigners... sell the damn company if cannot find suitable people to manage. Why bother hiring local managers with no interest in running the company? No use earning fat paychecks of RM 20k to 30k per month. Sigh...
