Have you look around the place i suggested for the roof rack? By the way Im staying in AU5, Lembah Keramat (Close to Wangsa Maju Actually). May be you can drop by to my place to hv a close look.
ive no idea at what price should i sell the roof rack. Ill try to get pictures for the stuff.

Hi...yes, I found one in Kepong. A new set, but comes in 4 pcs! Which is great. But I have not purchased it yet. Was waiting for your reply sibangau.

hi all suzuki vitara 1.6 (16 valve,3 doors,year 1997,auto) owner,

do our suzie come with door close/open indicator on the dashboard panel?
Mine seem dont have or may be already rosak. So have to rely on the cabin lamp to check whether the door is properly shut ot not.

If it originally has, then i will take for repair.

several shops in Batu Caves (Around the Giant area) got the roof rack.

Last week sent my suzy for service. Changed to shell semi synthetic oil. Before this i used mineral.

When i went home the " Power" indicator on the meter panel keep on highligted. Normally it will turn off when the engine is running.
I also felt that my suzy is heavier and the power is less.

Can any one confirm tht this is because of the semi synthetic oil tht im using now?

Hi there... sorry if it is the wrong place, but I'm looking for a good condition 1996 -> 1999 1.6 Vitara 3 door. Engine must be fuel injection.

My budget is around RM20k for 1996. I'll add abit more if it is between 1999. Let me know if anybody is selling. Been to most of the Vitaras at used car but most of them are not well taken cared of. I know you guys in this forum must kiss your cars at night.....

I have a yr 1999 Vitara JLX 3 door, 16 Valve, Auto. Need some info. on below.
1. What grade of Auto transmission fluid shd be use? Dexron III or?

2. What grade of axle gear oil shd use on the rear and front? Ok to use oil for LSD?

Just an update.

After own my suzy (1.6auto, 16v 3 door 1997)for 8 months i have to say that im really satisfy with this car. Good smooth quiet engine, fc not too bad, no problem what so ever although for +12 years. No regret at all. Actually i bought this car for my wife but my son n me always kidnap this suzy leaving my other 2 car (Civic + kelisa) idle in the parking.
