That I'm not aware off. Anyway, Pak Lah agrees with IPCMC but IGP does not.
Thus, if IPCMC is not created, it'll undermine Pak Lah's position as the most powerful man in M'sia.
Already, the police had done some pre-emptive shoot-to-kill. It was reported in the local papers a couple of days back, remember?

i think our Pak Lah is like a puppet and have no karisma to be a leader of the country, now its getting worse all his subbordinate are climbing over his head and making fun of him. They take his words like a pinch of salt, weightless and waste time.
