try to call the mechanic many time, really hard to unscrew the starter by myself.. still waiting them to come to replace the starter..

no worry dude.. I already changed the starter... tomorrow will collect the battery ..fit it and try to start.. damn so worried .. if this time cannot start.. will left my car for another 1/2 year.. and I will missing too.. haha

I agreed 101% we should invite other car club's to join.. but I will not active if my car still cannot start.. hehhe

Thanks very much to Mr. Yau for helping me post up the pics Have been having connection problems lately, that's why the delay in uploading part 2 and part 3 of the photo album of the trip, and also my inactivity in this thread, really sorry for that!

Anyway, all the nice Corona pics have already been posted up by Mr. Yau, including the second pic from last showing all 4 Corona's which is one of my fav photos Really had a great time there, guys, and hope we'll have another similar trip sooner rather than later! Eddy, hope you'll be able to start your car soon as well, can't wait to get a glimpse of your monster!

Rare, I agree coz there were only 3 units of the 3S engines at the whole gathering. So I guess the alphabet "S" in the the 3S stand for "Stars"...?

And know what's rare ? We were also the ONLY Corona at the gathering !:proud:

So c'mon Corona Owners, we have gotta do better than that. It should've been called a "COROLLA" gathering if we weren't present.

Lol, yeah, there was only one ST183 3S-GE (Shan's), one ST202 BEAMS (Mr. Yau's), and one ST205 3S-GTE (Kamal's) and there were only 5 Corona's, 4 were ours and one is Wan's (Toyotaburuk's) who had actually wanted to come in his KE70..

Come to think of it, we Corona's sorta made a 1-2 hour "special appearance" at the gathering.. Or you might prefer to call it a cameo..

Why not ? I've seen so many rare cars in M'sia that I thought didn't existed in M'sia. When the Enzo first came out, 1 unit already made it to the M'sian shores.

The 2000GT was featured in a James Bond movie,"You only live twice" if I'm not mistaken, in a scene used by a Japanese lady to rescue Sean Connery in Japan.
