Speedometer

Need to ask around whether usually ppl repair or buy new 1 (kedai potong 1 la... hehehe)??

My cable is ok n can hear the thing inside the speedo sort of spooling but the needle refuse to move.... after drivin around... the check light comes on..... :(

Wat would u guys do if say want to retain back the the meter..... kinda like my meter n hope to salvage it!!! :unsure:

which needle is the one not moving? Tacho or speedo?

It could be speed sensor also. I just had the same problem and had that replace. You may want to look into it.

speed sensor?? which part izzat?? in the engine bay or behind the meter cluster??

yup .. check the speed sensor .. at the engine bay .. attached to yur gearbox . rite under yur throttle body .. next to yur thermostat ..

tt 1 is workin coz can hear the cable turning inside the car..... sound comin fr behind the meter panel.....
