u need to go to ROC (Registrar of Companies) and use the computer to check and its free...u cannot check it online because they don;t have this service.

I was once involves in the study of ROC system, If I'm not mistaken and ROC didn't start doing charity
you need to pay for the search at ROC, not free.

If you want to print out company detail, the charges will be based on number of pages you print.

there a standalone PC in the ROC for u to check on company matter like company number and the name of the company...from there u can type in the name u plan to use and see if anyone already use it..then only u go for the name search...
