Rust undercarriage

Hi guys, i'm driving p/wira 1.8 year 1996. Recently i realised that the uncarriage is in bad condition and there's some minor cracks below. Any suggestion about how to fix this problem? How much will it cost? Im staying in Ampang, KL. Thanks..:hmmmm:
