can somebody make a rental car service for supercars here in Malaysia? so that i can drive one for once in my whole life. at least 1 hr is enough for me.. i think i might still can afford it.. i hope so.. huhu..

Actually, there was one along the same road as Jaya 33. It was called "bigboystoyz" and you had to pay up front RM15k for membership and x-number of points.

They had the F430, Porsche 911-turbo, NSX, Rolls phantom, Lotus Elise and a few other really exotic cars (back then.. this was about 5/6 years ago I think). I was told by the exec that these cars actually belonged to a Tansri that had a whole collection of cars rotting at home.

To rent the F430 for a weekend (Fri night collect and Sunday morning return) would blow almost all of your initial points collected when you signed up with the 15k. Then it was something like 10 points per RM100 you topped up.

It wasn't cheap, but the logic behind their marketing was that it was still cheaper than owning the real deal, which is true.

what.. ??? that is overpriced!! i once went to vegas and asked a supercar rental place, somewhere near The Mirage i think (definitely not Avis or Budget Rent a Car lol) it was only 800 ~ 900 usd/hour, excluding insurance, but the price wont burst too much from ~1k USD.. although the exchange rate was 3.8 that time, it is still way much different than what all of u guys said.. but still i din take the rental cos it is still damn expensive for me as a student. unless i win a jackpot, memang tak fikir 2 3 kali la.. confirm sewa punya!!

n yes, if anything happens, the insurance will cover it. and i think they wud really really not let u take third party for that one..

sorry guys, just wanna ask, few years back i did saw some post regarding this F50, that time this PDS F50 was a convertible, but now it was a hardtop, last year during 458 italia Launching, i did saw this PDS F50, it was a hardtop also, means malaysia have 2 F50, or it comes with the hardtop together to the owner.
