air asia can't refund my money....
i booked air ticket for my sis at bintulu to KL but wrongly click and booked Bintulu to Kuching. I called airasia and they said that can change person and date maybe time or what so ever but can't cancel...

please anybody can help me.

the date that i booked just now 21/10/06 - 28/10/06 ...raya time...
total is rm260.00....please help. me..

this ticket is return ( pergi balik for rm260.00) not one way.

U paid? .. just a booking only wat can cancel mah! .. those people are just lazy asses to do it.

Call and talk to another agent over there or go direct to their office and screw them!
